MSAB: Information regarding proposed dividend

Provided the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Micro Systemation AB resolves to approve the Board’s proposal for a cash dividend totalling SEK 2.20 per share, the following dates shall apply:

  • The last trading day for MSAB B including dividend is 10 May, 2016.
  • On 11 May, 2016, MSAB B will trade excluding dividend.
  • The record date for the dividend is 12 May, 2016.
  • Payment of dividends through Euroclear AB will take place 17 May, 2013.

Micro Systemation’s 2016 AGM will take place on 10 May at 18:00 at Gällöfsta City’s premises on Biblioteksgatan 29 in Stockholm.
